This is the place to find out who not to play. Many players have experienced the frustration of childish or unsportsmanlike behaviour from the denizens of Mplayer. If you e-mail me the call sign of obnoxious players and the details of their lameness, I will post it for the benefit of all.
After mutually agreeing we were at a stalemate, these
Jackflash had agreed to a honor battle between himself and me. 1 mech each. As
I was moving towards the designated area, they shot 6 airstrikes at my Cat and all
of them attacked. I had three Madcats and Jackflash had 4 Madcats. Plus,
on top of that Ramabot had 4 more MadCats but he agreed early on to sit out the match
after Beebel got disconnected. I even verified it with him that he would not re-enter no
matter what. Mepho and their other Clan-mate, Stonehart, had completely destroyed each
other, so Stonehart should not be labeled as a Lamer, yet. Jackflash and Ramabot,
definately... from Wolf in Exile.

Mission was Capture the Base, 500k for each team. 2 IH were playing him and his buddy just as a practice match to test out a new strategy. He had another player with him, but it is not clear if he too was cheating or simply playing with him since this was not a Starlance battle. Papermate had 6 Madcat-Js, each loaded to the brim with Streak SRMs and his Madcats were also faster than normal Madcats, noticably faster. At first I thought I had underestimated the power of Streaks and attributed the speed difference to some type of weird lag, but when I tried to use his config with the same 250k RP limit, I could not afford 6 mechs, I couldn't even afford 5 mechs loaded out like his, I could only fully equip 4 and the 5th didn't have but a couple of Streaks.
Maverick and IceCerebus go to fight POLECAT Field Marshal (Highest Rank) of the Eridani Light Horses. POLCAT refuses to discuss terms until they have entered the game. Turns out he is pushing for Starlance rules on weight and RP limitations. Of course Maverick and IceCerebus do not agree to these terms (as per Starlance rules this is their right). He then threatened to have them banned from Starlance, at which point SaKhan Prowler was called into the room. After POLECAT discovered that our SaKhan had arrived he booted all the IH from the room. Evidentally he isn't playing a fair game, he is only interested in playing low ranking opponents for the easy win. This guy is definitally a LOOSER and does not deserve to be involved with IH (even if it is for a good ass whoopin)
This guy claims to be a member of Death's Head Brigade, but he is not a member. All DHB member names carry their designation. THE_RPG_GOD agreed to a one on one match, even tho he out-weighed our guy he got whooped by the speed and grace of an Ice Hellion, then fled the room ignoring all pages. Sad thing is, as the IH searched for THE_RPG_GOD he ran into another Starlance guy who had the same thing done to him by the same lamer. Avoid the lamer, he is nothing more than a waiste of time.
Mission was 900k, anything goes, Many Bases. IH split our forces to capture bases as quickly as possible. WiE decided to group all 12 of their mechs together. One IH was gaurding a base when all 12 of their mechs showed up at that base, a big fight followed, all 4 IH mechs were dead as well as about 5-6 of the WiE mechs. At this time the second group of IH mechs had shown up to help defend the base, another fight broke out. Shortly after this the mission objective had been completed, IH won. We returned to the Mplayer lobby. WiE-Hellraiser simply siad "You guys fight like COWARDS" then left the room before giving his weight, before even checking to see which WiE was going to confirm. A very poor looser, and just for the record, I'd like to know exactally how playing strategically (splitting up our forces) is "cowardly"?? Anyways, avoid this poor looser.
